PORK POTCHERO

A classic tomato-based dish in tender meat and thick sauce. Assorted cut vegetables like cardava banana, sweet potato, carrots, green beans, and cabbage are the usual added ingredients to make it more nutritious.

INGREDIENTS:
Pork
Garlic
Onion
Carrots
Cardava banana
Sweet potato
Beans
Cabbage
Petchay
Tomato sauce
Cooking oil
Salt
Fish sauce
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute garlic, onion, and pork .
2. Add salt, fish sauce, and water.
3. Boil until becomes tender then set aside.
4. Fry the cut banana, sweep potato, and carrots.
5. Join the meat with the fried ingredients.
6. Pour the tomato sauce, bring to boil.
7. Put the beans, cabbage and petchay.
8. Simmer for few minutes then serve.
