PORK IN PAPAYA AND SPINACH SOUP

Enjoying a nutritious dish in a soup removes stress and satisfies a hungry tummy.  Savoring a tender meat, with the goodness of papaya, and spinach in a  bowl of soup, is a delight to experience with the whole family.


INGREDIENTS:
Pork
Papaya
Spinach
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Salt
Long green chili
Water
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté pork in ginger, garlic, and onion. Add salt and water. Bring to boil until tender.
2. Include the papaya and boil until tender with the meat. Add more water as needed.
3. Put the long green chili and spinach. Simmer for minutes then serve.

SHRIMP AND MUSHROOM BROCCOLI

From beef to shrimp version, broccoli in a tasty sauce is a winner. Half cooked on a sizzling  plate, a good source of fiber combining with protein. Enjoy while it’s hot.

INGREDIENTS:
Shrimp
Mushroom
Broccoli
Garlic
Onion
Oyster sauce
Cream of mushroom
Soy sauce
Water
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix cream of mushroom, oyster and soy sauce, water. Stir well to dissolve. Set aside.
2. Sauté shrimp and mushroom in garlic and onion. Pour the sauce mixture. Boil.
3. Include the broccoli. Simmer to make it half cooked. Serve and enjoy.

BEEF BROCCOLI

A tender meat is all it takes to savor a tasty broccoli.  Enjoy it sizzling hot while half cooked.

INGREDIENTS:
Beef
Broccoli
Garlic
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Cooking oil
Water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Sauté beef in garlic. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water. Pour it to boil with the meat to tender.
2. Mix water and corn starch, then stir well with the tender meat as sauce. Put the broccoli, mix then simmer for minutes to cook. Serve half cooked.

CHICKEN AND SHRIMP TORTA WITH FRIED OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN(FEATURING JERAIZA M, AIRA S, RYAN C, AND DINDI SARA SV AS THE COOKS)

Eating with friends is always fun.  Bonding with endless chats,  enjoying snacks, good times are created wherever they go. Once in a while they cook their own food. It may be a simple meal, but the memories while doing it adds up to their  collection of happy moments.

INGREDIENTS:
Ground chicken
Ground shrimp
Hotdog
Garlic
Onion
Potato
Carrot
Red and green bell pepper
Raisins
Oyster sauce
Salt
Cooking oil
Water

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté ground chicken and shrimp in garlic and onion. Add hotdog, oyster sauce, and salt. Bring to boil with water.
2. Include the potato, carrot, red and green bell pepper, and raisins. Mix well and simmer until cooked.
3. Dry fry the oven roasted chicken to become more flavorful.
4. Serve on a plate, and enjoy.

The Silog Series is still alive and ready to serve a  satisfying breakfast.  Fast and fulfilling to brace a whole day of activities.

INGREDIENTS:
Longganisa
Rice
Egg
Garlic
Cooking oil
Water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Boil longganisa in water to cook well. Let the water dry then add cooking oil to fry.
2. Cook the garlic rice.
3. Fry egg sunny side up and others in fluffy scrambled.
4. Set on a platter then serve.
