Clams
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Salt
Green long chili
Water
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute the clams in ginger, garlic, and onion. Add salt , green long chili, and water.
2. Bring to boil until the clams opened their shells.
3. Simmer for few minutes then serve.
