DRIED FISH

A traditional pinoy mom knows how to serve a different version of fried fish in a twist. By marinating boneless fish in vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic, others put sugar, then let it sun dry for sometime. Others just put it inside the fridge overnight to get the spicy taste they like.

INGREDIENTS:
Fish
Vinegar
Ground black pepper
Salt
Garlic
Cooking oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut the fish in halves.
2. Marinade fish in vinegar, chop garlic, salt and pepper for one day.
3. Drain then fry. Serve.

  1. Nice read, I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing some research on that. And he actually bought me lunch because I found it for him smile So let me rephrase that: Thanks for lunch!

  2. Levi’s Stadium is the first new NFL stadium to be built in California in 50 years and cost about $1.2 billion. The stadium seats about 68,500 fans and is the first pro football stadium to achieve LEED Gold certification. In fact, 49ers officials are so proud of the stadium’s sustainable status that visitors can actually view display inside the stadium that shows how much energy and water the structure is using in real time.

Half Life 3? Eine neue WOW-Erweiterung? Neue Indie-Games?
