SQUID ADOBO

Squid Adobo has a unique flavor
because of its ink. The relish that comes naturally from the squid itself blends well with the spices. The vinegar that neutralizes its briny taste really comes along.

INGREDIENTS:
Native squids
garlic
onion
Tomato
Ground black pepper
Salt
Vinegar
Cooking oil
Long green chili

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix and boil squids with garlic, ground black pepper, salt, and vinegar.
2. Taste if the squids are already cooked and tender.
3. Saute garlic, onion, and tomato on another pan.
4. Add the sauteed spices with the cooked squids.
5. Let it simmer for few minutes. Serve.

  1. Levi’s Stadium is the first new NFL stadium to be built in California in 50 years and cost about $1.2 billion. The stadium seats about 68,500 fans and is the first pro football stadium to achieve LEED Gold certification. In fact, 49ers officials are so proud of the stadium’s sustainable status that visitors can actually view display inside the stadium that shows how much energy and water the structure is using in real time.
